01 How we collect personal information
We collect personal data based on your interaction with Afflunce Chat, including:
- When you use the Afflunce Chat Service: we store all content you provide, including your details as a customer, brand, creator, or end user. This data may be entered by you directly or pulled via integrations (e.g., Google, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram).
- From third parties: we may receive confirmation data from payment providers like Razorpay regarding transaction status.
- When you contact us: if you send us emails or messages, we may store the content, attachments, and your contact details.
- When you submit forms or register for events: we collect data through forms on our Site (e.g., contact, sign-up, demo request, affiliate application), and from co-hosted events with partners.
- When you browse the Site: we collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, cookies, and page usage, which may constitute personal data.
- When you join our communities: if you join our groups (e.g., Facebook, Telegram), we may view your public profile and comments, though we do not copy this information into our systems.
02 What types of personal data we process
We collect and process the following types of personal data:
- Customer account details: your user ID, email address, account status, linked profiles, usage tier, plan details, workspace configuration, and general location — collected directly or through third-party integrations (e.g., Google, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram).
- Financial information: to process payments or enable wallet payouts, we collect limited payment details such as Razorpay transaction IDs, UPI VPA, payout account information, and the last four digits of your credit/debit card, if applicable.
- Contact details and business information: your full name, designation, brand or company name, contact number, email ID, and other business-related identifiers. We may also store this data if you are a prospective customer or partner.
- Messages, forms, and communication logs: anything you submit through support tickets, email, chat, feedback forms, or affiliate applications — such as queries, attachments, or personal notes — stored securely along with your contact metadata.
- Usage data, logs, and technical identifiers: session metadata such as IP address, browser type, device specifications, time zone, app usage logs, page interactions, clicks, and actions taken within the platform. On mobile devices, we may also collect OS version, hardware type, and device identifiers.
- Email performance data: our newsletters and platform updates may include tracking pixels to measure open rates and link clicks. Most of this data is aggregated. You may disable this tracking by blocking images in your email client.
- Cookies and similar technologies: when you visit our Site or log into the platform, we use cookies and related tracking tools for analytics, performance, personalization, and session management.
- Customer Content:personal data of third parties (“Subscribers”) you upload or import is processed strictly on your behalf. We have no direct relationship with these individuals and rely on you to obtain the necessary permissions.
